Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged or you received the incorrect item reach out to wildacescm@gmail.com. Please advise that you will be asked for your order number and photo proof of damaged/incorrect item. All damaged or incorrect items will have to be returned, once received we will examine to determine if you are eligible for a replacement product. if eligible replacement products will ship within 15-20 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
